I just happened to be taking photos of the moon last night. Turns out it was a super one! Was attempting to hold a monocular (did not know these existed) in front of the camera. These were my favourite pics.
There’s nothing quite like a summer storm. There seem to have been a lot this year. Last night was the first time one had properly woken me up, and judging by social media, it woke everyone up.
The premise of Everlasting Moments grabbed me right away. Maria Larsson finds her “must”, photography, in the midst of war, with 6 children and an abusive husband.
I have a new rule. If I feel I need to write, I write. It’s one of the reasons I bought my iPad–quick, easy access to writing. Right now I want to write.
It was Blog Action Day on October 15th. The day has passed, but I still though I’d blog about something related – our effect on the environment. Now please don’t switch off just yet.

I was doing the “photo a day” thing until the whole finishing uni thing took over, when today I found something someone had posted about in our 365 flickr group. That something was Jamie Livingston. The post the group had found can be read here and has lots of links and information. This guy took […]
Pretty simple today. Something I wanted to try all week. Mostly I love the depth of field, mostly.
Just a quick one today.
