It’s (almost) halfway through the year and I’ve given my goals a little revamp. There are some things I am happy with and some things I want to start again.
I’m starting again with changes in a random order so I don’t get overwhelmed with one theme. I must have a 7 day “chain” before adding another habit. Essentially, we’re stripping back my original plan, and focussing on one thing at a time. That will allow the habits to really form.
Change 1 is meditation. I’m pairing this with some mindfulness practice. I like having a little quiet time each day. My brain’s been going a mile a minute lately so it’s good to focus on being present.
