The first week without refine sugar has been a successful one. As is often the way, there were headaches and tiredness, but these were matched with improved sleep and productivity.
The Premise I’ve decided to conduct some self-experiments. I’ve been having trouble with lethargy and with my skin. I’m also aware that my eating habits have got into a terrible state again, and that my insides would appreciate some real food.
