It’s (almost) halfway through the year and I’ve given my goals a little revamp. There are some things I am happy with and some things I want to start again.
Most habits are about reaching an end goal. For a lot of goals, that ending doesn’t really exist. We like to be ever growing, so once we reach a goal more often than not we move the goalposts. If we don’t, then we fall back into old habits and undo all our good work.
I’ve been taking “mindfulness” classes for the past month. Unfortunately I stopped doing the stuff at home like I should so I’ve been trying to get back into the swing of things before the next one on Wednesday. I came up with this photograph when doing the mindful yoga. Again experimentation with the shutter speed.
